Not one thing.

We had an amazing time exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from all the major landmarks. The tram station was also conveniently nearby, making it easy to get around. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the view from the nearby cafe, where we could relax and take in the sights.

That the hotel didn't have a gym or fitness facilities.

The lighting in the room at night was a bit dim, which made it difficult to see. the elevator was only accessible from the first floor, making it inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage.

The stay at Nea Suites Old City was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, tidy, and had a beautiful view of the city and sea from the window. The location of the hotel was excellent, with everything close by. The hotel employee, Sherine, was incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. Whenever we needed help, he responded immediately and took great care of us. We truly appreciate his assistance. We will definitely book again at this hotel when we visit Istanbul next time. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
